Final pricing will be confirmed in writing before work begins. We reserve the right to adjust estimates if unexpected site conditions or customer changes require additional work or materials. We reserve the right to place a lien on property for unpaid services in accordance with state law.

We strive to complete all projects on schedule, but concrete work is weather-dependent. Rain, extreme temperatures, or other weather conditions may cause delays beyond our control. We will communicate any necessary schedule changes as soon as possible. Project timelines provided are estimates and not guaranteed completion dates unless specifically stated in writing.
6. Warranty and Guarantees
Warranty terms for our concrete work will be specified in your project contract. We stand behind the quality of our workmanship and materials. However, concrete is a natural product that may develop hairline cracks due to settling, temperature changes, or other factors beyond our control. We will address any defects resulting from faulty workmanship or materials within the warranty period. Damage caused by customer actions, extreme weather events, or normal wear and tear is not covered under warranty.
7. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for clearly marking any underground utilities before work begins. You must provide clear access to the work area and remove any obstacles that may interfere with the project. You are responsible for obtaining any required homeowner association approvals. Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in project delays or additional charges.
8. Limitation of Liability
PlatinumPoint Salem Concrete carries appropriate liability insurance for our operations. Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Any claims must be brought within one year of project completion.
